The location of the hotel was good and magnificent - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a tree-lined sand beach. The restaurant was nice with excellent food at reasonable prices, I tried healthy dishes. The service was all in all great.

The location of the resort was great, just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, with comfortable beds and nice linen. The bathroom was also modern and had a rainhead shower. the staff were friendly and the price was affordable.

The breakfast provided by the resort was below par, with bland and tasteless options. some amenities were lacking, such as hand towels and face towels in the bathroom.

The resort is beautiful and the location is good just beside sea. Is very convenience around resort there are many shop. Garden style morning breakfast is very nice.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice-looking design. The location was perfect, just in front of the beach, and there were a lot of affordable restaurants and a night market nearby. We also enjoyed the good coffee that was served during breakfast.

There were no facilities or amenities available, not even a pool or gym, and to access them we had to walk to a nearby hotel. the view from our room was really disappointing, as we could only see the parking lot.

I made a late checkin and there was no English speaking staff. I did not get a double bed room as requested. Shower is hanging too low and hardly water pressure. In the morning I found out that I shared the bed with a colony of ants...

The room smells slighty of damp. One very noisy night (until 4.00) due to thai guests and no reaction by the management.

I absolutely loved my stay at the resort! The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The beach was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, providing stunning views and relaxation. Despite some language barriers, the staff made an effort to understand my requests. The premise was also well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The buffet breakfast, while not extensive, offered enough options for a satisfying start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for a great holiday experience.

The only minus is poor breakfasts and no own restaurant - but you can always enjoy other places in Cha-Am.

Impeccably clean hotel, attentive staff, particularly good location to be very zen-like with lots of greenery. Location just next door to food outlets as well as beach and 7eleven. For tea or coffee visit Neeshys Cafe nearby. Perfect service throughout the venue. Free Wi-Fi provided in hotel.

Very expensive area.

This place is just across walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient for beach lovers like us. We loved being within a tropical garden, as it provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Despite being located on a noisy street, the rooms were soundproofed and we couldn't hear any outside noise. The service here was exceptional - from the room service to the car hire to the housekeeping - everything was top-notch. The room amenities were fantastic, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace. We felt safe with the in-room safe and enjoyed having a dining table to enjoy our meals.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
